Hi! My name is Ann, and I am the person behind the Glum Faces brand. We have been creating jewelry for three years now, putting over two decades of experience into it, because my passion for beads began when I was eight years old!
Over time, I changed the Czech "jablonex", which once seemed like the height of perfection, to the most exquisite Japanese microbeads. Why? Because at Glum Faces we strive for tenderness, weightlessness and jewelry-like beauty. Our products are so delicate that people sometimes mistake them for fabric or metal!
We believe that jewelry is more than just accessories. It is a way to express yourself and find that "wow!" that ignites a ray of confidence inside.
💚 We are a family: Although Glum Faces started with my dream, now I have two of the best assistants in the world working with me – my sister and my mom. That's why you often see the pronoun "we" – together we create this beauty for you.
